What we process. Your email (login, receipts). Text you paste into the Decoder is sent to an AI provider for analysis and is not stored by us unless you tick "Save to My Cases" — then only the analysis (and the original text only if you choose) is stored under your account. Free reads on the homepage are stored for 24 hours so they can be unlocked after you join, keyed to a hashed IP; they are then deleted. Voice sessions are processed by ElevenLabs; we store session duration only.
Processors. Supabase (database, EU), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (text analysis), ElevenLabs (voice), Lemon Squeezy (payments, invoices). We do not sell data.
Your rights. Access, export, correction, deletion — email us. Delete any saved case yourself at any time. Legal basis: contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (6(1)(f)) for abuse prevention.
Not advice. The Operator gives educated readings of text, not diagnoses, legal, medical or financial advice. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
